From a very early age, Geetaa Thorat was very ambitious and wanted to make her carrier in a creative field, which she felt at what she was good at and also passionate about. After acquiring a degree in fashion designing, she started with her own manufacturing company by name 'GLAM INDIA'. The reason she selected that name was that it was her belief that India is very rich in its culture and has very amazing craft which differs from state to state. If done sensibly in outfits, can make any women look graceful. In 2019 she launched her label 'ELMASS' which specializes in custom-made designer wear.

ELMASS is soon gaining popularity for its creative designs, style, and its fits which fit like a glove.
